It’s ironic that I’m posting this entry, after I was thinking, I talk about food, drinks, and other stuff, but not me personally.

Being a member of #bunkerpunks I was assigned a task that would let you into my scattered brain into how I think, and who I am.

What is your most prized possession?

Oddly enough, my five star five subject notebook and my purple pen. I know it doesn’t sound like much, but between writing this blog, my personal blog, and fanfiction, I keep a notebook handy, because anything, and I mean anything, gives me ideas. The smallest sound sets me off to writing chapters for days.

How do you unwind after a long day?

It really depends on what the reasoning for the long day was. Business wise, I cook. Again, I’m weird like that. If the kids drove me crazy, it’s netflix or my xbox. If it’s personal, it’s my favorite set of comedian specials I like to watch to crack me up and put me in a good mood.

What is the one song that has followed you throughout your whole life?

As crazy as this sounds, “The Payback” by James Brown. I always had people underestimate me, or doubt my abilities. From not being black enough(due to education), to decisions I’ve made, but I seem to overcome those people, and there opinions/betrayal . I tend to payback them with success and a smile on my face.

If you could give one piece of advice to new bloggers in your field, what would it be?

Take risks, and try new food. Also do you research. If you are going to blog about cooking/baking or cocktails, know what your talking about. Research through google,talk to people who may know more about the food your writing about. Take that risk in trying something new. Doing the same thing over and over is boring. Chance it and try a new food. Even if it taste nasty, your readers with see the real you, opposed to the cafeteria lady who just serves the same old shit. You got one chance at presentation, go big or go home.
