Peeps!
You know what time it is!
Tasty Flippin Tuesday y’all!
Now, I won a contest a while back on my crockpot skills on another fellow fb page I love, Laundry Fairy Tales-Life beyond the Hamper.
Mondays, as we know, is crockpot night, because we normally have girl scouts that night during the dinner hour. I have mastered this crockpot and estimate I’ll need a new one by Christmas. Anyway, I got the honor from her for being great at creating stuff in that thing.
This recipe is no different.
I got drumsticks on sale at one of my hang outs, international food market. They had drumsticks for 48 cents a pound. So I got two packages for 2 dollars a piece.
Bring it to last night, I orginally wanted to make garlic brown sugar chicken with yams, but I didn’t feel like it. I made something else……..
Honey Teriyaki Chicken
Chicken Drumsticks
1 cup honey
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
3 cups water
4-6 pds chicken
Wash off chicken. Throw everything in the crockpot on high for 6-8 hours.
Real simple, and you can serve with rice or seasoned french fries. Best thing is really small clean up, and you can binge out on netflix since your done.
You’re welcome.
Check back on Tuesday for more blabber and shenanigans….er…..I mean recipes!
Love y’all!
